THE INKA ECOSYSTEM

Everything that keeps your workshop running.

Equipment and consumables selected for every stage of the DTF workflow.

FROM ARTWORK TO TEXTILE

Four steps. One controlled workflow.

  1. 01Print

Colors and the white underbase are printed onto PET film.

  2. 02Powder

Adhesive powder is applied while the ink is still wet.

  3. 03Cure

Heat prepares the adhesive for transfer.

  4. 04Transfer

A heat press transfers the design onto a compatible textile.

AT THE HEART OF PRINTING

Precision starts
on the inside.

Consistent ink. Stable film. Controlled droplets.

01 / WHITE INK MANAGEMENT

White ink,
in motion.

White pigments tend to settle when idle. On equipped INKA systems, stirring helps keep ink homogeneous for a more consistent white underbase.

Stirring in the tank
A small motor drives a paddle through the ink to keep pigments suspended and reduce settling.
Circulation through the circuit
Circulation keeps the ink moving through the machine’s ink lines.
Maintain white opacity
A more homogeneous pigment concentration helps limit variations in white density, especially on dark textiles.

These functions complement regular printer maintenance.

INKA White Circulation Technology

White ink in circulation.

On equipped INKA systems, the pump circulates white ink between the tank and ink distribution. The return to the tank forms a loop that reduces stagnation in the relevant circuit.

Tank → Pump → Distribution → Tank
Arrows show the return loop. Dampers feed the printheads from the distribution manifold and help stabilize flow.

Continuous or timed operation depends on the model. Circulation does not replace nozzle maintenance.

02 / FILM STABILITY

Flat film.
A consistent gap.

On equipped models, suction holds the film against the platen to stabilize the gap to the printheads during printing.

03 / PRINTHEADS

Epson printheads.
Control at the droplet level.

Epson printheads use piezoelectric elements to control the ejection of fine ink droplets onto PET film.

Variable droplet volume helps reproduce fine details and smooth gradients.
